This "Scott Paul" Locking Collar is constructed of high quality black leather. This collar is also wrapped with a thin layer of decorative metal. "Scott Paul" collars are lined with a unique padding. A soft cleanable fabric used in wet suit's. This fabric is wrapped over neoprene creating a very comfortable and stylish collar lining. The padding is wider than the leather so as to protect the skin from rubbing or chafing. This collar is finished with a classic "Scott Paul" swivel eye plus two smaller side eyes. The unique Lock/Buckle system allows the collar to be used with or without the lock. Each collar is provided with a chrome lock and two keys. Two neck sizes are available. Small/Medium fits 11 to 14 inch. Medium/Large fits 14 to 18 inch. The leather on the "standard" collar is 1 and 1/2 inches wide. The leather on the "narrow" collar is 1 inch wide.
